Primary Responsibilities include:
*Extend outbound calls to contact people to donate their time for a charity event
*Present an opportunity for community members to participate in by following a prepared script to give product reference information
*Documents calls by completing forms and record logs
*Maintains database by entering, verifying, and backing up data
*Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes
*Maintains quality service by following organization standards
*Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Minimum Qualifications:
*Ability to problem solve
*Willingness to be fun
*Artistic
*Ability to think on your feet
*Strong PC skills
*Excellent verbal communication skills as well as an outgoing personality
