Credit Card Production Machine Operator
Duties:
*Operate Mailing Machine
*Use reports to pull various files to assist in the mailing out of credit cards to new or existing customers
*Use reports to pull various plastic types to be used in the embossing process
*Will load paper, envelopes, printed credit cards and mail stuffers into machine and monitor machine operation to ensure accurate printing and assembly
*Will load blank plastics into machine and monitor machine operation to ensure accurate printing of names and account numbers on cards
*Assist with Card destruct, and various projects Operate Embossing Machine
Skills/Qualifications:
*Must have good attention to detail
*Ability to stand for 8 hours

Credit Phones Specialist Position
Primary Responsibilities include:
-Extends outbound phones calls and accepts inbound phone calls
-Works with up to 120 calls per day
-Handling customer questions
-Assists with bankers and customer inquiries
-Will research and gather information for credit analyst and credit decision making
-Providing excellent customer service
Qualifications:
-Strong PC skills: Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook
-Strong communication skills, customer service skills, and analytical skills
-Must be able to multi-task
-College degree required
-Previous call center and banking experience required
Other:
-Shift Time: Monday - Friday; 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM; possible Tuesday-Saturday
-Start date: ASAP, must be able to pass a criminal background check
-Hourly rate: $11.25 per hour
-Length of position: Temp Indefinite (based on workload available could last up to 1 year +)

Payment Research Clerk
Long term indefinite positions. Cubicle based setting. Support staff, keying in incoming mail, PO's, checking copies, legal requests, and supports the payment researchers. Position will require making decisions and take action to resolve customers account discrepancies. With supervision, employee must exercise judgement and analysis to perform moderately complex duties or tasks. Candidate must be able to multitask, demonstrate strong interpersonal and team building skills. Required to have PC skills, word processing and spreadsheets.
Hours: Monday thru Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Starting 9/13/10 - end of year (possible into 2011)
Pay Rate: $9.00/hour
